Rank evaluation from AI

I am using AI to evaluate rank of the players from the moves of a game. I use SGF downloaded from OGS and i am wondering if the ranks shown there is really the rank at the date of the game…
Someone can confirm?

I have not checked SGFs but I believe OGS stores the ratings at the end of a game:

UPDATES OK, the SGF conversion is complete. All games are available for download as SGF files or as JSON files. My current organization is to have two downloads available–one organized by date, and one by username. The SGF collection is about 11GB compressed. The ranks in these SGFs are inaccurate, unfortunately. So one option is to use the official open-source implementation of OGS’ rating system here and run it on your dataset.

Thx . I have it already, I did use the metadata to choose games and i did download the SGF directly from OGS. Why the ranks are inaccurate?

OGS did some rank system updates. Games that were played several years ago better to ignore.
