Rank goes down after win

Hi, This morning my rank was 2.3 d. I played two games today - the first one was annulled because I resigned immediately after recognizing, that it was a 13x13 game and one complete game on 19x19, which I won. Now my rank is 2.1 d. Why did this happen? Shouldn’t the rank go up instead of down after winning a ranked game? Thanks for your help in advance. Cheers, einkleinerfalke

I just deleted a topic with a same name, due to several flags and community feedback, but I would not like to dismiss a potential issue due to seeming rudeness and differences. Rating decreases after win

Forgive me if this has been asked before. I just won a game and my rating went from 1580 to 1579. Why would it not increase? The player was 14k. I’m 11k. I won by 4.5 points.
