I am very sorry, that there many games and tournaments that I cannot continue at the moment.

from our logs it seems our developer anoek contacted your account about the issue about half an hour ago so I am sort of assuming the problem got resolved - possibly via another channels (e-mail or PMs).
If that is not the case, please let us know here, surely we can figure something out
