As far as I know they can’t be removed, at the very least Mods can’t remove/delete them Maybe the developers can. If so I have one that I would like to be removed as well. https://online-go.com/group/1368

Surprisingly the lack of a delete button hasn’t come up until fairly recently, however it’s now present and easy to use by the group creator in v5
