Is there a way to report a bad player behavior? like he don’t accepting the marked dead stones or if he does harass the other player in the chat?
The best way to go about this at the moment is to locate an admin in chat or send us a private message either here on the forums on the main site.

IGS handles this well I think (at least, on their old client). There was an adjourn button that would notify the staff and an admin could review and determine the result.
