Request Help: Double Charged for Subscription & Need Refund

Hello OGS Support Team,

I’m writing regarding an issue with my Hane Supporter subscription. Here’s what happened:

  1. On Feb 20, I initially subscribed to the monthly Hane Supporter plan
  2. Within one hour, I realized the annual plan would be more suitable and subscribed to it
  3. As a result, I was charged twice:
  • Monthly plan (180 TWD)
  • Annual plan (1800 TWD)

To prevent future automatic charges, I’ve cancelled all subscriptions. However, I would like to:

  1. Keep only the annual Hane Supporter subscription active
  2. Get a refund for the monthly subscription charge (180 TWD)

Since this happened within an hour of the initial subscription and falls within the 30-day refund policy, I would greatly appreciate your help in resolving this situation.

Could you please help me:

  • Reinstate only the annual subscription
  • Process a refund for the monthly subscription charge
