I need some help. I forgot my password for my OGS-Acc and, however, it does not send e an E-Mail to reset my password, even if I am still logged in on my computer.
Is there a possibility to reset my password without using the mailing service?

If I understand correctly that you have access to the e-mail that is linked with the account, but do not receive the reset message, please simply sent an email from that address to appeals@online-go.com describing the situation (in case a moderator not familiar with this thread picks it up before me)
That will prove that you indeed have access to the account’s e-mail and we will reset the password manually.
