I came across this and a few other similar phrases while translating
"You already have 10 outstanding direct challenges"
and I believe outstanding does not fit into the sentence.
Just saying that you guys should proofread :\

In the context of this sentence, “outstanding” means unresolved/unfulfilled. Hence, I don’t think there are any grammatical problems with that sentence in English.
