Review request 15k vs. 13k

I would appreciate a review of my recent game as black (15k) against a 13k player with 2 handicap stones.

The main features that would interest me are comments on the opening and on the timing of the invasions. (I was not surprised that mine failed, but I am unsure whether it was doomed from the start and whether there was a better moment to do it.)
I still find it hard to estimate the score. I was surprised that I lost only by 24.5 points.

It was interesting and useful and your suggestions and explanations were on a good level for me, as I always understood why it would have been better to play there.
