In this game your move 122 is useless. There is nothing to protect there so you lose 1 point instead of getting more somewhere else. See the AI graph. That’s where you lost the game.

I provided my review below. Overall, you do a great job at recognizing territorial value. At the same time, as @Groin noted, you tend to play far too cautiously. I recommend embracing bolder, more decisive moves when the situation calls for it. Similarly, make sure to assess your threats carefully and respond only to actual threats. Find more comments below.
