Hi - speaking in very broad brush strokes it seems to me that

  • you enjoy playing capture Go, and denying life to your opponent when they are trapped in your moyo
  • unfortunately, this means that you are not paying attention to the efficiency priorities of the transition between the Opening to Midgame, and are often putting yourself in danger because you give your opponent a lot of edge and corner territory in return
  • you don’t seem to be very interested in disrupting your opponent’s large extensions or invading their moyos when they’re still under construction
  • as such, you take a gamble on killing all of your opponent’s dragons, and if some of them can make life (as in the example above), you end up behind

If you would like to learn more about using the efficiencies of the various stages of the game, I recommend reading these two

THE STAGES OF THE GAME

If you’d like to see some examples of how good you have to be to really deny life, I recommend studying higher level games like this
