I’m looking to improve my game, so I’d like to know places where I could have done better, as well as the glaring mistakes

From a quick look, you
- cut almost everytime even when your groups around aren’t settled yet (and it backfires)
- made way too many groups (and you are constantly under attack)
- peeped a lot, making white thicker and harder to attack than he should be
- played a few very slow moves.
