I looked at your game, and the middle game looks fine. The middle game is usually the most open part of the game, so it’s normal that you are confronted with many options.
One reason why you feel uncomfortable in the middle game might be that your opening is not so good, giving away too many points in the corners. I would suggest to learn from common opening patterns and joseki.
Another issue is that you are overcautious and wasting moves. For example, look again at K12, P7 and B11, and see if you could make better use of those stones. You might also want to look at G14, H15 and L14.
