I’m using Safari and iPad mini 6. Frequently ‘slow connection’ warning. But also it appears to let me play a stone, with the stone placed sound, but about 30seconds later it disappears. I try this several times each move, but am forced to give up in the end because I don’t have time.
If this issue is unresolved since April, should I just give up trying and use a different platform?
We don’t have a solid report of any problems at the moment - all the concrete problems were resolved.
We had one user reporting some kind of problem, but they didn’t follow up to the request for more information.
I can’t on iPad mini- utterly ridiculous but For the purposes of Web Inspector (Apple’s new name for console) the instructions require not only to be turned on in iPad settings but also wired connection to a Mac Desktop version and I don’t know anyone who has one.
On the other hand I’ve discovered that the page isn’t refreshing unless I click safari/duckduckgo address bar refresh button . The blue refresh button on ogs watch page doesn’t work and it doesn’t refresh pages automatically, instead displays’slow connection’icon until I refresh with the browser’s search bar button.
It’s not a great workaround though, as although it reconnects it loses any moves/page scrolling in the process. I wouldn’t like to risk playing a game in case I’m banned for escaping or something
