Score calculation error? The results of actual scores, AI estimates, and score estimates are different.

Hi everyone, I don’t understand why this happens.
When the final score was settled, I (White) won 1.5 points.
But in the AI’s estimation, I lost 0.7 points with a probability of 98.3%.
And, in the score estimator, I lost the game by a not-so-small margin, 6.3 points.
Is this normal?

There are different mechanisms at play. The accepted score is what players agree on, whereas the AI score estimate uses Katago and its superhuman go skills for the estimation. Note that there are two points where White needs to fill into own territory once all neutral points are filled: Q1 and (around) J14. Due to this, the accepted score is two points off from the AI estimate.

In such situations, it’s technically on the other player to point it out (in person) or continue by filling neutral points, so it becomes more apparent.

AI predict the final outcome if both players are playing the best.
It is just a prediction.

Your game was prematurely ended.

Black could play P9 instead of pass. It is atari. So white loses 1 point at J1.

I couldn’t find another move. May be you should ask AI to finish the game.

This part is due to a bug in the score estimator.
