Scroll to next topic without going back to the main menu?

Is there a way to go to the next topic while reading a certain topic?
Currently, I have to go back to the main menu and select the next topic manually.

Do you not see new and unread topics below the bottom post as pictured?

I see them, but the topics there seem to be different from what I see on the main menu. At least the order is different
