I was doing a group lecture earlier today with around 25 people. I was receiving messages from them with no issue but after the lesson someone came to me mentioning that none of their message went through, or least no one was able to see the messages that person was sending. They were logged in.
Is that a common bug, a setting issue?

Hey, thanks for reaching out.
I think typically accounts need to register with an email to be able to chat. You can add it to an account also if it was created without one, and I think when that’s the case it mentions it in the chat box. I’m not sure you can type even in that case.
In other cases some users may have had some chat privileges revoked for one reason or another.
If that happens to be the case for a particular user, I’m happy to follow up in private message instead, and happy to review the case in particular also.
Or if there’s another technical issue, hopefully we can figure it out. There is more than one chat channel you can type in in a game, like a personal chat that only you can see and a regular chat that others can see. In a review, I don’t recall that being the case, unless maybe you created the review, I’d have to double check.
