What is Senseis? I thought you might have meant Sensei’s Library or AI Sensei, but both are up for me.

When you say the website is down, does the page simply fail to load, or does it give you some kind of message?
Any page won’t load. After discussing with friends, we have realised it doesn’t work using 4g or 5g, while it does using wifi.

It works for me in 5G (France)
If whether or not it works for you depends on which ISP you use, it’s probably a CDN issue, not a problem with the website itself. Usually that means it’s a regional issue centered around some data center.

It was down for me for 3-4 hours.
It said they’re doing some server updates.
No need to panic.
