Show history of settings changes in tournament lobby

As a tournament participant, I want to see the history of any changes made to the tournament settings, so that I’m aware if a tournament has become something different than I signed up for.

This would also increase visibility of cases where a tournament director abuses the system by e.g. constantly pushing back the start date in order to accumulate lots of players.

If you don’t mind doing some research, the Tournaments > Live page does give some info on something similar: tournaments waiting for reaching the minimum number of participants (and while doing so constantly showing the Tournament starts very shortly message (for days on end).
