Is there an easy way to setup simultaneous live games on OGS? I don’t see any option except sending/receiving multiple challenges then switching tabs which is quite bothersome.
In that regard KGS is pretty easy because you have all games in onetab and it automatically switches to a game where it is your turn to play.
Anything I’m missing here?

In fact it’s even more bothersome than that since a few years ago OGS added a “Hey you naughty escaper!, come back” pop-up when you leave a live game to go play in another live game.
Edit: actually if you keep all the tabs open and just switch, rather than navigate away, I think you’ll avoid that message.
Maybe it would be nice to have a “Tab View” you could switch to (similar to how we have a Zen View), so that all your live[1] games were stacked within the same page, with some sensible navigation. Extra points for auto-switching mechanic such as the one @ben0 pointed out.
[1]: I suggest only live games, including blitz of course, since many players have tons of simultaneous correspondence games, which would be a nightmare. Also because the abandon page logic only applies to such games.

I think your homepage can display all your ongoing games?
It can, but you can’t play in them w/o abandoning the home page or opening a new tab.
The button that shows you the active games where it’s your turn to move works well enough for correspondence, however, there is a problem in live games: if you push that button to the next game, the sistem counts it as abandoning the current game, and starts the disconnection timer.
