Did the rengo game reappear?

No. I checked again now.

Hah. Do you recall other players in the game - can we check with them?

Uhm… It was one of those fast ones, 24h per move. It had a weird shape bottom right, I resigned this morning, one of the other players has a long name, starting with n. I think one or two were familiar players, but I don’t remember anything else. :woman_shrugging:t2:

ETA: I think one asked in the chat if a move was a misclick.

Ha. Detective Gia ftw

It’s not in my dropped games

A post was split to a new topic: Problem connecting bot

The game is finished, and it now appears in my game history.

I guess it went to rengo purgatory after I resigned. :woman_shrugging:

That actually happened to me, too, in the past 168 hours (I forget when).

Couldn’t just say a week?

Maybe a low tolerance for units unacceptable for use with SI?

Do you automatically know that 168 hours is a week?

  • Of course, as well as as I know a day has 24 hours, it’s information readily available in my brain.
  • In context, I usually make the connection.
  • My mind didn’t even go there, and my math is strong.

There’s a reason it’s 247 and not 168!

lol, it’s 168!

Isn’t it funny that I read 247 in English in my mind, but 168 in Greek? Sign that the second registers as just a number, but the first has a specific meaning.

Definitely busted out the calculator

I assumed they posted the number to be clear that it was an American week instead of last week’s 167-hour European one.

Depends. I thought a week was Sunday to Saturday.

There was an engrossing thread on a different sort of forum, where the community passionately debated upon the definition of a week. Warning: strong language, suitable only for mature audiences.
