I’m now trying to update my self-introduction. There was a link in my self-introduction, and now I’m trying to remove it. However, after removing that link, when I try to save my changes, a message pops up saying, “Cannot include links in your profile until you have established a rank,” and I cannot update my self-introduction. How can I fix this issue?

BTW, since the message only says I cannot include links, it should be okay if I write a self-introduction without adding any links inside. However, the system does not allow me to modify my self-introduction at all - even if I just want to delete everything in it. It seems like a system bug. Is there any way I can contact the moderators or the developers and let them know about this potential bug?

This problem has been solved. It turns out that the reason why I could not save my modification was that I had added some random text in the box just above the “save” button (where I put a “HERE” in the attached picture). After removing that text, I am able to save my changes. It is not a system bug, and I will never consider establishing a rank. Thank you for all the constructive suggestion - I mean, only the constructive ones.

It is possible that the system has determined it cannot yet finalize your rating because you haven’t lost enough matches. The [?] symbol indicates a placement status; a specific rank will be displayed once your rating is finalized and your tier is determined.
Your “uncertainty” is high, because you play only people way weaker than you, and you have no losses.
Since you have no losses, the system has no indication of the kind of player that will beat you, so we don’t know your rank.
You can see this on your rank graph: ever since you started to play only weaker players, you stopped losing, and the uncertainty band on your rank has been increasing.

I never expected that it’s really possible to play hundreds of ranked games while increasing rating uncertainty in the process and losing a rank as the result
Looking at your profile ieqcdvdt now, there is no ‘About you’ section, so are you saying going from blank to e.g. “Test” doesn’t save, with the message about no links until you have a rank?
It works! It turns out that the only reason why I could not save the changes was that I had added some random text in the box you marked in red. I did not know that thing was also considered a “link.” Thank you for solving my problem!
