Stuck timed out flag?

On this player profile it says “Has recently timed out”, but I can’t see the timed out game in the game history:

What is going on there?

Ah I think I worked it out: they have played many live games (more than a pageful), but no correspondence games since they timed out a correpondence game. Does that make sense?

Yes, that appears correct. He/she timed out on July 17. I don’t see a completed correspondence game among the 19x19s.

This game was pretty quick (one day), but the timsetting is for correspondence (fisher 3 days + 1 day per move):
