So long story short I cancelled my monthly donation yesterday and and re-submitted a lower monthly amount because of finances being tight the next couple of months, but now it seems like I’m not supporting at all, the “please support” banner at the top is still there and I’m not able to have a golden name even though on the “Support OGS” page it says “thank you for your support, thanks!” but under that it has the notice from when I cancelled yesterday saying i successfully cancelled. Any ideas? @anoek

Sorry Verlane, that happens frequently… a fix is ready, but not quite released yet. I fixed your account manually though, thanks for the support!
