Tagging Friends to Remember Them

I’m sorry if this feature already exists and I cannot find it but it would be nice to be able to tag/comment your friends so to remember whose nickname was whose. I would love to be able to write a note for myself e.g. “the guy I met on twitch” “the girl who reviewed my 15k game” etc.
