Some spicy curry, and some fried chicken!
Edit: Made it too spicy. Had some ice cream to cool down.

Looks the same as
One has salmon and tomato and carrots and the other one has some tomato taste in it it is just I already ate most of the tomatoes and also carrots and pork it is just it looks the same but but the taste is not the same edit: I am using the same bowl
White asparagus, with sauce béarnaise, baby potatoes, ham and boiled eggs.
Making the sauce béarnaise was pretty stressful, but I don’t think I’ve ever made a better sauce in my life, it was amazing.
Yen and Euro! Are you sure you’re American?
Or maybe the lobsters aren’t
The lobsters are very much New Englanders, as, I think, am I. They even drop their Rs and say “Yankees suck!”
I thought it would be fun to use some foreign coins that might be more familiar to the diverse crowd here on the OGS forums.
I’ve never had a lobster roll, but those look amazing!
Started some coals
Veggies happening live right now
Meat going on later …
Here’s a preview of the meat
Knife for scale, 16 cm or 6.3 inches in freedom units
And the flank steak is on!
Steak done
And here’s a traditional American dessert, corn!
Time to eat!
My wife brought home a ginger root the size of a dinner plate. What should I cook?
EDIT: Pic. Dinner plate for scale
Curry?
You could pickle it as well, which is a nice side dish, or snack to accompany beers
Whoa! Come on, you can’t say that and not post a picture! Be sure to include some foreign coins for scale.
My wife decided to try and invent something a little different this evening…
Salmon with feta & pesto sauce.
Last weekend it was pizza, from the wood fired oven she made…
Ginger. My username.
Still jealous of the oven.
New pan needs to learn the ways of the house.
And some potatoes in the oven (it makes a difference when you boil them first, I’m just too lazy to do it usually)
Tonight I had an Indian takeaway: lamb madras, lamb sag, vegetable biryani, and two rices, There was too much of it because I always order too much. The night before I ate some digestive biscuits with butter on, and before that a large amount of soft blue cheese and bread. I cannot cook anything except pasta.
Yum! Lamb Saag Gosht (spinach sauce) is my favorite Indian dish. Welcome back.
