I found the SGF file format standard whilst poking around on xmp.net (the site where Sensei’s Library and the old Go Teaching Ladder stuff is hosted).

Although it’s not actually hosted on xmp.net.

Huh, I linked to the Sensei’s Library page but not to the actual specification.

Although even that is a hub page, and this (HTML) / this (PDF) is the document itself.
