I see the suggestion to become a supporter on my homepage. My support is active however. What is happening?

Yeah. It is true that the payment didn’t go through. I am using a prepaid card and sometimes I forget to fund it. This is however bad UX. I get the information to become the site supporter. When I click it, I get the screen telling me, that my subscription is active and everything is OK.
I would expect in this case to see a page, that would tell me that the payment didn’t go through together with a button that would allow me to retry the payment.
