The Red/Blue button thought experiment reminded me of a literally fantastic “philosophical” text that I had read back in 2002. It was not written by a philosopher, but it was made as a “response” to the TV fad of those days, which was Reality TV shows which put a few people, closed them in a house and profitted off the generated drama (things like “Big Brother”, “the Farm”, “survivor” etc).
