Today I’ve made this.
We have another player who’s scoring 7 wins out of 7.
Congratulations @trung12ly!

Thanks for the new word c: You never stop learning English…
Originally tontine derives from French tontine . Named after Lorenzo Tonti, a Neapolitan banker, who started the scheme in France. Earliest documented use: 1765.
A tontine (/ˈtɒntaɪn, -iːn, ˌtɒnˈtiːn/) is an investment plan for raising capital, devised in the 17th century and relatively widespread in the 18th and 19th centuries. Tontines are regulated in Europe under the Directive 2002/83/EC of the European Parliament and are still common in France.
Similar to a single premium immediate annuity, the payments from a tontine are typically made “for life” and end only at death. However, with a tontine the payments that cease at the death of one investor are redistributed to the other investor participants, increasing their subsequent payouts (until they, too, pass away).
We just got 2000 games finished! Almost one-fifth~
That’s insane. Most tournaments don’t have 2000 games.
Yeah, that’s impressive! (Sadly I was too late to join)
It would also be interesting to display this data in incremental form, i.e., how many games finished and players were disqualified in the past week.
Makes sense. I’ll do that starting tomorrow (provided I find the time). But that will rely on me never missing a week on the data gathering side. In the long run that may be a bit optimistic.
That’s really too quick! In my group only 3 games are finished, including 2 by initial time out of Black. And only a handful of the ongoing games have passed 100 moves.
When the tournament ends, some of the young ones might be …

(Slight anomaly: The first week only covers the few hours between the tournament start and the first time I grabbed data.)
They’ll win it without a shot being fired. As a future citizen of Facegoozon I, for one, welcome our new technological overlords! I look forward to a life of fulfillment [center work] checking on this tournament in my generous two hours a month off.
We should add that to Ogs country list!
(well, it sounds so old-sci-fi!)
I’m guessing that round about now we’re going to see a lot of timeouts for white not responding to the first move by black.
They still would have a week on the clock due to pauses. So one week from now.
Next Monday will show which trees will fell as saplings and which ones will go on to grow roots.
The last one standing will be probably worshipped in a post-apocalyptic world.

First timeouts for white
How could that game be still going?
Black didn’t move and still has 15 days left… was it paused?
And will black eventually play his move?
And another question is: didn’t black only have three days for the first move? Or am I missing something?
