I suggest OGS announcements (of planned outages, for example) which refer to time should use standard international time, specifically UTC, as opposed to a local time zone (EST was used in today’s announcement).

I thought UTC was used, it’s used for the tournament start times anyway, the weekly mcmahons start at 17:00 which is 11 am here in colorado

Can’t the time be translated to the local time for where the user is located? Doesn’t sufficient information to do that come from the browser?
