Timeouts caused by server downtime

Just a quick note about games lost during our server problems on 1/4/2017.

We cannot change the result of the game. We can only replace the rating points that you lost. The game will still be marked as a loss by timeout in your game records, but the rating points will have been replaced.

What is the best way to contact administrator to request loss of points due to lost connection?

You can PM us on OGS proper, or send them as a private message here on the forums. I say to use a PM because it’s easier for us to keep track of which games we have and haven’t adjusted when they are centralized for us.
