Not sure if this is known to OGS or not. But have been timing out of blitz games a lot at the 3/4 second mark. Is this fixable or is this a prob with a non-client interface? Never had this problem with Wbaduk or KGS. Experienced it like 10 times at least. Non-blitz or people who do not skirt the line with byoyomi often will not know this unfortunately.
This has been happening to me too. I play a move with 3 seconds left and I time out.
The confusing thing is my opponent and all spectators see the move being played before the timeout.
Makes me uncomfortable when playing games here because I have to worry about this happening whenever I get low on time, it is quite a handicap if your opponent gets 5 seconds more byoyomi than you because you are trying to avoid this bug.
This has been a pretty big problem since the infrastructure migration. We believe we have a good fix for it but it depends on a larger release which we hope to have out pretty soon. Sorry for the troubles
Did this ever get fixed? This bug stopped me playing on OGS for a long time.
