Hi,
I invited someone to an invite only tournament that I created. They told me that they could not find the invite, but they wanted to join. It says they already have an invite, so I can’t invite them to the tournament again. What should I do?

If they closed the invite without accepting or declining then you will end up in the situation you have described.
Only workaround that I know of is to coordinate with them by pm, change the tournament settings to ‘open’ for a minute so that they can join normally and then change the settings back to ‘Invite Only’ once they have joined.
