I participated in, and won, a small tournament. Afterwards, the same tournament trophy appears twice on my profile: http://online-go.com/user/view/104785
Is this a known issue? Is there a way to correct it to appear only once?

It’s a known issue with Mac Mahon tournaments, and it will be addressed in the major tournament overhaul to come.

I had this still happening, just tonight, both I and the winner got two trophies. Just to bump this ’ cause it’s so old and maybe the overhaul happened and didn’t fix it…

After playing my first tournament on this site I discovered that this is still the case and trophies still show twice in the profile.

Necroing this since it happened to me recently: tournament “Handicap Elimination Blast 1”, which I happily won, granted me my first golden trophy… twice!

This seems to be the case of single elimination granting double badges:
even though I can’t understand what could be “ambiguous” in a single elimination. Maybe third place?
