Trying to revive old pinned thread from "go resources" didn't bring that post to the "main page" of the forums. Like where all activity is shown

I made a post in About the Go Resources category but I could not get that thread to show in the forum main page https://forums.online-go.com/ I’m not sure if this is a feature or a bug. How should I approach this?
