Hi,
I would like to delete my OGS account and create a new one. It said that I have to cancel my site supporter status beforehand. Therefore I cancelled my subscription. However, after a month, I can still see my site supporter status in my profile although I have no current subscription. Needless to say I cannot delete my OGS account atm. Could anyone tell me how I can cancel my site supporter status?
