I would like to delete my OGS account and create a new one. It said that I have to cancel my site supporter status beforehand. Therefore I cancelled my subscription. However, after a month, I can still see my site supporter status in my profile although I have no current subscription. Needless to say I cannot delete my OGS account atm. Could anyone tell me how I can cancel my site supporter status?

FYI @markfingerhut you can change your username at any time by going to your profile and clicking ‘edit’

Yes but it says I have to wait 30 days, as it is a new account. I already made a new account and signed up as a supporter, so you can just delete this one.
Ah, I should add an exception for supporters to be able to change their name sooner.

Hello, I have been attempting to cancel my supporter status for some time now. When I go to the Supporter Settings page it does not acknowledge that I am a supporter but my user profile does. My card continues to be charged every month.
Hi girish.duvvuri, it looks like you had another account that was the active supporter account, I’ve canceled that account and issued refunds. Thanks for trying it out!
