I’ve come across a kind of catch-22 that seems to me can only be unintended behaviour, please correct me if I’m wrong or overlooked something.
I’ve created an invite-only tournament and invited a bunch of people.
One of these people has received the invite notification and dismissed it, as I often do dismiss the notifications. Once he has done this, he could find no way to accept the invitation anymore. However, when I then try to invite him again, I get a “Player already has an outstanding invite” message. Thus, he cannot enroll in the tournament, and I cannot invite him.
I worked around this by temporarily making the tournament open, and reverting to invite-only once he enrolled.
The obvious way to solve this, IMHO, is that a logged in player that goes to the tournament page has an “accept button” there.
