Unwanted, random behaviour when using mark tools (in review mode)

I recently noticed that mark tools work unpredictably when using left mouse button which is annoying and prompts user to use right mouse button only if he needs a consistent behaviour. It also doesn’t seem to be a mouse problem.

Every row is a single input without holding the button and subsequent dragging of a cursor to the right.

I think i noticed something like this recently also, that it’s like the mouse click is being treated as being held down when it isn’t so it drags labels across the board.

I think it was happening to me with lettering

I saw it crop up in a video of the recent Ing Cup finals games. I assumed it was user error, but apparently not
