I do not believe that a simple table of contents listing is protected creative work under intellectual property rights law. And as long as the exercises themselves are not still under copyright protection (from their original source) there’s no reliable claim of infringement.
101Weiqi threats are likely hollow. (Besides, their website isn’t in English so there’s a whole translation barrier to arguing an infringement, too.)
