Case 1 (Highly unlikely): the person is a soulsnatcher and our answers conflict. Let’s say that oracle A says it is a soulsnatcher and oracle B says innocent. Naturally the soulsnatcher will say I am innocent, in which case we guard neither oracle A or B. If oracle A dies, then we know that oracle B and the person is a soulsnatcher. If oracle B dies, then kill oracle A. The idea is to trade oracles for soulsnatchers, leaving only 1 soulsnatcher remaining that we don’t know.
