My 130th move drops my win rate by a lot.

I’m not sure what I could have done better.
Instead of the 130th move, what could I have done better?

I feel that without 130th move, my cluster of stones at bottom would just die

I gifted you a high level AI analysis for the game, as sometimes the free quick pass sees some ghosts.
The AI does seem to think you can save those two stones and still live, but my kyu eyes aren’t seeing it 
That’s so complicated 
I miss the moves after 13.

All black’s bad aji is fixed if he captures the 2 stones. I can’t immediately read out a life if you take, but it feels like White’s got enough aji to work with to make it hard for black to kill, and I’d rather save the 2 stones and thrash around and maybe die but probably not, than live so miserably in gote with black so thick and no problems. That’s just fighting spirit.

Looked a bit more. I think the core factors are
- the left group of black stones are very weak, so to avoid being disconnected by D6, it needs to spend a stone to reinforce in the process
- F1 comes free for white as black needs to spend a stone to stop the white stones from connecting to left bottom corner group
- white can let the single black stone to escape to right side, as its escape comes with some cost that allows white to create a life together with above two factors
After 13, let say black pulls out his 3 stones.
White bending at N6 looks interesting because it threatens the ladder and black can’t seriously resist from the right so let say black L8
Now white has one more move on the right. How to get his second eye? I haven’t found a way yet.
On the left black has a lot of bad taste especially because of the connection between his left group and the center but this is aji only because the 2 white stones lack liberties yet.
To remember is white can have a big eye by playing G1 in sente, which gives him liberties in case of any semeai around it.
From this pic, I’d like to play 5 at f4 first instead (not convinced by 3-4 exchange either, what if black m6 instead of L6) as black has serious problems there, per:
so white should be able to get f2 as an atari if black wants to falsify the eye with g3 and also then e1-f1 in sente to increase eyespace (and depending how black answer f4 there can be liberty problems for the whole black group after e1).

My skill level may not be enough to comment, but I’d like to give my opinion.
I think that after the two white stones are given to black, these two black areas almost belong to black without any dispute, and will also make the battle in the green area disadvantageous for you.
If it were me, I wouldn’t let it, even if it meant killing my white group below.
Because with my reading skills, I don’t think I’m that far ahead in this situation.
If I give in, it could cause me to lose the game.
I would rather engage in a life-and-death battle with my opponent than lose quietly without doing anything.
Unless I’m sure I’m 100 points ahead.
Then I’d shy away from any unstable combat and focus on keeping my group alive and sealing off territory.
