When I get challenged by martino, the active game is 3 days old!!

Looks like he has sent you a correspondence challenge instead of a live challenge. Is this what you mean? Edit your original post to include a link to the game for best results.

If you were happy with the time settings in the last live game (https://online-go.com/game/11890438) that you played with him, you can open that game and click on ‘rematch’ to have another with the same settings.

Typically, MartinO challenges me. When I open the game, it is 3 days old. when I play
he doesn’t see it. doesn’t know I accepted the challenge. nothing to do but cancel (resign) the game

here is the most recent:

It is as though the cache of the line between me and martino is full? some garbage collection
has failed to clear it?
So typically, we’ve gone back to KGS - but we both like OGS better!

There’s no email address offered to ask for support - of OGS, no reset button, no empty
cache, or anything else that offers hope of unjamming my and MartinO’s channel.

I admit, I haven’t tried to play other players…
