Hi there, if you create a ‘live’ game but select a time control that might fall under ‘blitz’ (such as 3min, 15sec inc., for example) would the game result then adjust your live or blitz rating? What is the ‘true’ threshold for live vs. blitz ratings? And finally, another amateur question!: Presumably the rating next to your username is your ‘overall’ rating? Thank you.

Overall/overall to be precise. 
There’s also an overall rating for each board size and for each time setting.
It doesn’t matter what you play, as long as it’s a ranked game all relevant ratings are adjusted.
Live 19x game > overall/overall, overall/19x, blitz/overall, blitz/19x.
I think the threshold depends on the average time per move. Pretty sure it’s <=5m main time and <=10s byo yomi.
