Hi, I put an exercise here, my question is: if black put a stone in 6e, would be considered a suicide or would he catches the three stones? Yes/No but based on what principle?

He catches by taking the last liberty of the 3 white stones.
It’s not a suicide because as soon as white 3 stones are put away, black stone get liberties
