Why can't I create more tournaments in our group for practice?

When I want to create more tournaments in our group for other members, a text jump out said that I need to give you a good reason. How many tournaments can I create at the same time? I our group, most of members hope more practices. As one of manager of this group, I plan to create more for our members. Could you let me have the authority to create more tournaments at the same time? Thanks

The limit is 10 tournaments (that have not started yet, to be clear). To increase that limit you should contact anoek.
