It was a correspondence timeout win in a series of correspondence timeouts by your opponent.
Without wishing to get into yet another full-blown discussion on the policy, consecutive correspondence timeouts are disregarded by the system to prevent the catastrophic collapse of user’s rank that have stopped playing for a time. This allows them to resume playing at a later date without having a horribly underrated rank (bad for everyone).
