Good news: only 75 words to go before I meet the minimum word count requirment!
If you don’t live in the US but you still want to be depressed by taxes for some reason, I’m sure that wherever you are, there are plenty of taxes in your local to get depressed about.

Well, it’s free. It understands time zones. You can propose multiple times and include a poll. You don’t have to have the other person’s email but can send them a link instead (they will have to provide email to respond, though).
