A Semantic Game

I wonder… Will this become a blessing or will this become a curse?

Dunno, :woman_shrugging: fun times. This game is inspired by a philosophical game published in a Douglas Hofstadter book, the famously self-referential guy.

We could appeal to the principle of explosion if the rules are contradictory.

That’s pretty fair. And I’m almost afraid to give you a like

Edit: I missed a golden chance!!! Noooooooooooooooo

Ha, too bad, you posted after reaching 3 likes :stuck_out_tongue: (also now you could like my post)

I realize that I kind of hacked @PiggyStardust’s rule.

I’ll edit that again to reflect that you must reach that condition.

@martin3141 wins.

PiggyStardust is great!

If you lose, you have to do 5 push-ups.

I mean, it’s fine, but can’t think of a way to referee on that.

Now trust was always part of the game, so, there you go.

I think this opens up the perfect opportunity to make @Haze_with_a_Z do a lot of push-ups…

I guess you won?

Yusss!! Give me that sweet, sweet…

“PiggyStardust is great!”

Ok, here is the rule:

“Every new rule you make, does not apply on weekends”

As per rule #7, this only applies to rules made by @Haze_with_a_Z

I would’ve gone with “Rule number 7 does not apply” for rule number 9.

I really thought about paradoxical shenanigans, but time will come, my friend, time will come…

It wouldn’t have been paradoxical for Haze, only for the rest of us
