The irritating “Game Started” voice ignores the volume setting.

You can disable individual voices and sounds in the settings, if you dislike the game started voice why not switch it to the sound effect or turn it off?

To confirm, you’ve set your volume on the settings page, and it is not obeying that setting?

I need to fix that again. I got rid of the ‘save’ icon because I didn’t have a master volume at first… now I do, I need to bring that back.
